That second sentence looks like an inaccurately typed version of "Anyone involved in that meddling will be brought to justice". That would surely be an appropriate thing for a US president to say under the circumstances.
But Trump's big fat sharpy struck it out, either before or after he scrawled 'NO COLUSION' in his usual childish capitals. Now why would he have done that?
