Agree to disagree then, I suppose. I'm content to leave the research I cited above and let individuals come to their own conclusions.

Agreed.

The FACT that at the lowest and extreme event 200,000 all the way up to 3 Million in the least extreme situation LIVES ARE SAVED by guns, whereas only 40,000 die from guns by all causes, some 60% of which are Suicide alone...

Who's really on the moral high ground and who's not?

Not to mention that no place on the planet save an African city in which everyone had guns and was killing everyone else has 'gun control' actually REDUCED overall "Death Rates".
Even "gun death rates" aren't even lowered in many cases, such as Australia for which the Left think is the shining city on the hill for gun bans. When in fact after the ban the gun death rate only went down the same EXACT rate it was going down for the prior 15 years, thus utterly zero statistical correlation.

Not only that, the gun death rate also went down the EXACT rate the murder rate itself was going down. The same phenomenon has occurred in the U.S. Murder rates have drastically gone down, while by the way gun ownership and # of guns has gone way up.

All gun control does is kill women, the weak, the innocent, and allow the bad guys to stay alive and do more harm in all sorts of respect. Who's on the moral high ground again?

Oh dr. Don’t go muddying the water with “facts” and “non-imaginary” “relevant” “information”. There was “an African city”!!! How can you dispute that “fact”?

One of the more interesting things about Australia, to me, is how much the suicide rate has dropped since the legislation.

In the US, more women attempt suicide than men, but more men complete suicide than women. The main reason being that men tend to choose more violent/lethal means, such as a firearm. Limit access to that method, and you end up with a higher survival rate. At least that’s my guess -- it might be that there was some mental health funding, or something else that accounts for the reduction.
