I strongly disagree with the Trump Administration about 98% of the time, but I completely agree that Obama's policy on college campuses must end . The claim that college campuses have a rape culture is nonsense. Feminism is hurting the progressive movement.

I agree with this. College campus rape proceedings often lack due process protections and there is a pernicious culture of accusations equating to guilt. There's also some harmful ideas about the nature of rape floating on top of this.

Given that Trump is a serial offender his administration is the worst possible vehicle to challenge this from a symbolic standpoint, but you have to work with what you got.

It is a complex issue. Of course no one really wants the innocent to be wrongly punished. But blaming the victim is not good either. Groups supporting a change have said they want the victim's sexual history to be the issue, and not the alleged perps actions.

How do we mere fallible mortals determine if someone is guilty or innocent of an alleged crime? We don't get very far by assuming guilt or by blaming the victim.

The justice system needs to be very careful with cognitive biases. In my view I think judges should be medical doctors and psychologists, not arrogant old men with old assumptions.
