By even a grand stretch of imagination there is no reasonable mind that would conclude that Sessions didn't consider Hawaii a state.

Of course Hawaii is a group of islands sitting in the Pacific Ocean. They comprise the State of Hawaii. This isn't the first time a self righteous prick Republican tried to disrespect Hawaii.
