That's fine, Mittens--but the New Testament church--which had the living, mortal apostles and prophets-- believed Jesus was a Prophet, Priest, and King also.

How are the living, mortal apostles and prophets forming the foundation --any different than what the New Testament foundation consisted of?

The change occurs when the living, mortal apostles and prophets are no longer present to form that foundation.
