From ''The military turn on Trump''

Post by Doctor CamNC4Me »

Not that it matters to the Trump supporters on this forum, but it should be noted Schumer and Pelosi were asking Trump basic questions about the situation in Syria. Like. The most basic of questions. He couldn't answer any of them. He didn’t and doesn't know anything about Syria. He literally can’t point out Syria on a map. I’m not making that up, by the way. His aides have to keep showing him which country is Syria.

Our Cdr in Chief doesn't have the intellectual capacity to comprehend the situation. He’s so far outside of his depths it's hysterical. Not hysterical ha ha, but hysterical oh boy. Past Presidents have read upwards of hundreds of briefings a day, or otherwise surrounded themselves with human computers, to stay abreast of complex geopolitical issues like Syria, where a complex network of different interests and nations are colliding. Trump has read nothing. He knows nothing. He knows less even than people who regularly read the news and aren't privy to our intelligence.

I could go on and on, as we’ve done, but there’s no point. Unpatriotic types will vote for him because they literally lack the ability to get smart on virtually any issue.

Such is life.

Yeah. About that picture. Look at the space in front of Trump on the table. Notice anything? No? How about, do you notice anything missing?

There are no portfolios, no binders, no papers. Just nothing. It's a large void. A situation like this, and the decisions involved, would require volumes of intelligence on Iran, Syria, ISIS, Turkey, the Kurds, our military presence in the region, summaries of hypothetical scenarios run by analysts as to the consequences of each decision, and the relevant merits of those decisions.

Everyone else has papers in front of them, both for reference and for taking notes.

But not Donald Trump. Trump has nothing, except a good few feet extra distance between him and, apparently, a woman that scares him.

Why does Trump have no notes? Is it because he’s stable genius, he has an eidetic memory?

Or is the truth is he makes decisions entirely on woefully ignorant gut feelings and instructions from people he "likes," including murderous dictators and geopolitical foes like Putin?

Let's look at the scorecard:

- Trump barely attends any intelligence briefing meetings

-Trump never reads his daily intelligence briefings

- Trump's staff have to include his own name in documents they desperately need him to read just so he'll pay attention

So on top of all the evidence that Trump is inept; skipping briefings, never reading anything, having zero attention span; he also makes catastrophically poor and stupid choices, cementing the fact that it's not out of some unearthly genius intellect that he skips intelligence briefings, not because of his "great and unmatched wisdom" that he never reads a single piece of paper while serving in the most complex and demanding job in the world.

It's because he's really, extraordinarily incapable of being our Commander in Chief.

Even if this were true it would not bother me.

There is no certification exam to serve in political office nor any to vote. Why wouldn't the founders have included such a thing? Did entrance exams not exist in the 18th century?

We can't even require voters to carry an ID Card without being maligned as racist. Would Democrats really want a voter basic knowledge quailfication exam? Obama would never have passed that much less his core voters.

People are generally smart enough to vote in their immediate best interest. Are they honorable is an entirely more pressing question. So far Trump has honored every pledge he ever made to the voters. It's the RINOs and the left who lied saying he was a Democrat portraying himself as a conservative to get elected.
And when the confederates saw Jackson standing fearless as a stone wall the army of Northern Virginia took courage and drove the federal army off their land.

Trump isn't a conservative. He is an authoritarian populist.

This is Spirit Prison, for:

So what is this material doing here? It just seems to be normal political comment, of a kind frequently found in Spirit Paradise.

He's only kept his implicit promises, the ones everyone could derive from watching him campaign. Promises like:

- I will always be an ignorant moron
- I will always put my own interests before the country's
- I will always say stupid things, accuse others of my own sins, and only tell the truth on accident
- I will always brag outrageously because it's the only time someone says nice things about me and means it
- I will always behave this way because conning people is the only thing I've ever done

It's certainly true he kept all of these, and many more implicit promises.

I watched this show on cults last night. One of the best lines from it was something like, "Nobody calls their group a cult because nobody realizes they're in one till they leave it." Guess what, ajax?
God belief is for people who don't want to live life on the universe's terms.
