I had a rather amusing thought concerning Dan and Thanksgiving- I thought of Dan starting off his day as quarterback for his ward's flag football Turkey Bowl with Woody as his primary wide receiver. In my "vision", Dan calls on Woody in the huddle to "go long". At the snap Dan falls back 6 yards and hurls a huge turkey leg, like one of those now banned lawn darts, down field to Woody who leaps "high " into the air and catches the turkey leg between his teeth as he crosses the goal line-then high 5's all around!
