I don't think the supposed take down of Holland means much. Christianity, with its main tenet that god could not forgive sin until his son was tortured and murdered, is highly problematic.
"Religion is about providing human community in the guise of solving problems that don’t exist or failing to solve problems that do and seeking to reconcile these contradictions and conceal the failures in bogus explanations otherwise known as theology." - Kishkumen

If God's word the Bible teaches that, I'll believe it .
Justice = Getting what you deserve Mercy = Not getting what you deserve Grace = Getting what you can never deserve

Your comment shows a complete lack of insight into religion and all things religious. When we say that Mormonism is “true,” what we mean is that its claim to be a religion or Church revealed and established directly by God himself out of heaven is true. In that sense of the term, no other Christian church, religion, or religious organization (including SBC), is, can be, nor claims to be “true”—with the possible exception of the Catholic Church. When we say that Mormonism is “true,” we mean that its claim to have been revealed and established directly by God himself out of heaven is true. We mean that its claim to have a true priesthood, revealed from heaven by the ministration of angels is true. We mean that its claim to have true prophets and Apostles like the ancient Church did is true. We mean that the Book of Mormon claiming to be a modern-day book of scripture revealed from heaven is true. When was the last time that the SBC made such claims for itself that it should either be true or not be true?

That's what makes the LDS truth claims so laughable.

yes. And now, a new entry for the TBM Dictionary of Alternative Definitions. With a note explaining how no other religion in the world uses the word "true" correctly.

Would that be the entry right after "translation"?
